“My work is as much life skills-based as it is sales,” he said. “This enables me to do two things: relate to the widest possible audience—as life skills apply to everyone, whether he or she sells or not—plus they drive the highest possible learning, application, and ongoing use of the desired learning points.
“When you teach principles that have true life value, people will use them. And when they use them in their “real life,” they transfer instantly to work, too. It’s a much smarter way of developing high performance talent than teaching tactics.”
